Return & Replacement Policy

At Joi by Paola, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities.
Please note that we operate under a strict No Refund and No Cancellation policy.
We only accept returns in the case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items, which must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order. Approved cases will be replaced with new items no monetary refunds will be issued.

Defective or Damaged Items

We accept returns only in the case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at joibypaola@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Supporting photos or videos of the defective or damaged item

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you at no additional cost.
Please note that refunds are not offered under any circumstances.

Conditions for Replacement

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • The defect or issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email).

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or replacements for:

  • Items reported after 48 hours of delivery

  • Perishable goods, including food and snacks

  • Personal care or beauty products (for hygiene reasons)

  • Sale items or gift cards
