Persona F.Z.C operates this Site and store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”).
Joi by Paola is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

All transactions are processed in UAE Dirhams (AED).
Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.
The displayed price and currency at checkout will be the same as printed on your transaction receipt. The amount charged to your card will appear in your card’s billing currency, depending on your issuing bank.
You agree to provide accurate and valid payment details. We are not responsible for charges, declines, or errors resulting from incorrect information provided by you.

Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Once a product leaves our facility, title and risk of loss transfer to you.
